💾 Local Storage Only

All data you enter in Eat or Feel is stored exclusively on your device:

Eating session records (dates, times, hunger levels, emotions)
Your resistance choices (ate or resisted)
Statistics and insights generated from your data
App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device. It is stored in your device's local database and is only accessible by the app on your device.

� Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

Storage - Required to save your data locally on your device
Notifications - Optional. Used only to send a daily reminder (default: 8:00 PM) to log your eating session. You can grant or deny this permission during onboarding. No notification data is transmitted externally.

Storage is used solely for local data. Notification permission is optional and fully controlled by you.

� Subscription Management

If you choose to subscribe to premium features, we use RevenueCat to process and validate purchases. In this case:

An anonymous identifier is generated by RevenueCat (no name, email, or personal details)
Your purchase receipt is sent to RevenueCat servers solely to verify the subscription with the App Store or Google Play
No eating session data, emotions, or any other app content is ever transmitted
RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to subscription data: revenuecat.com/privacy

When you generate PDF reports:

PDFs are created entirely on your device
No data is sent to external servers for processing
You control where and how you share these reports

🔐 Data Security

Your data security is important to us:

All data is stored in encrypted local storage on your device
No internet connection is required for core functionality
No login or account creation required

🗑️ Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

Delete individual sessions anytime within the app
Uninstalling the app removes all associated data from your device
Since we have no servers, there is no data to delete on our end

👶 Children's Privacy

While this app is not specifically designed for children under 13, we do not collect any personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
